Crystallized Sugar or White sugar, is the one ingredient that has gotten ingrained deeply into our eating and lifestyle. Can we imagine our lives without sugar?
Crystallized Sugar is a poison. In fact, any form of crystallized sugar, and its products are poisons. They give a slow and “sweet” death indeed. One may google it. What makes Crystallized Sugar so Dangerous?
Sugar production is by two means- Sugar beets and Sugarcane. Sugarcane and sugar beets are quite great for health. The problem is with the process of sugar production.
First, the canes and roots are juiced→heavily infused with chemicals to turn into syrup→this syrup is again treated with chemicals to produce Brown sugar→it is again treated with some more chemicals to get white sugar.
It is so heavily induced with the chemicals that it becomes quite a good slow-poison until it reaches its final stage called Crystallized sugar.
Calcium carbonate, Lime water, and Sulphur dioxide are some of the chemicals used during the production.
To tell you, Brown sugar is an illegal drug. No wonder White Sugar is so addictive.
Some of the immediate diseases caused by this toxic sugar are tooth decay, hyperactivity, metabolic disorders, obesity, Alzheimer’s disease, and of course addiction to it. Long-term diseases include chronic liver conditions, diabetes, and a weak cardiovascular system.
Why is Crystallized Sugar not banned yet?
The main reason as you may already know is Sugar Industry and its gigantic turnover.
On average, a person living in America consumes around 46 kg of this toxic sugar per year. No wonder America is struggling with an ever-increasing rate of diabetes and fatness.
In other words, human beings choose money over the health of their fellow beings.
What can you do?
All sugars in natural form are quite a good alternative. All the fruits and natural carbohydrates contain natural sugars. Which are quite sufficient for our daily bodily needs. This will also help in overcoming sugar addiction. Stop consuming crystallized sugar and its products altogether.
All the aerated/cold drinks, Canned syrup fruits, Candies, Chocolates, and all the processed (sweet) foods contain it. Moreover, if you take your coffee or tea without sugar, that would be even better.
Jaggery is also a good alternative.
Try living without crystallized sugar for a month and feel the difference yourself.

Sugar is a slow poison or you can say mild poison. There is a daily sugar limit (Men around 40 grams and women- around 25 grams) that our body defends but still, our body has to work against it to overcome its poisonous effects.
Stop taking crystallized/toxic sugar once and for all or at least limit your intake (For that you eliminate the intake of Junk Food). Once you start prioritizing your health over taste and discriminating the foods that you eat. You will be surprised that there is hardly anything healthy to eat out there.
