Water! The most essential and rudimentary need of all the beings on this planet. Without water, Earth will not be the Earth. But do you know that water has memory? Yes, Water remembers everything.

The water changes its molecular formula with one look at it. Ayurveda told the exact same thing for thousands of years. Ayurveda guided people to never to eat or drink anything while angry or driven by other strong emotions. Much emphasis was laid on treating the water with respect.

You can carry out an experiment for water memory yourself:
- Take two glasses of water. Put them in separate rooms where no one can disturb the water glasses except you.
- Go to the glass of water in Room 1 and start saying all the nice things, think positively, be happy and content while looking at the water.
- Now go to room 2, verbally abuse all the stuff you have learned so far, get angry…take all your frustration out on that glass of water (just don’t break the glass)
Keep this on for 2-3 days with moderate to extreme frequency. Within 2-3 days, the color of the water in room 2 will change to slightly dark and the taste will become slightly bitter. On the other hand, the water in room 1 will turn slightly sweet and you will not see any change in the color.

Consuming the tap water/ RO water/bottled water
Water in the pipes takes thousands of turns before it comes to your tap. Now, we know water has memory. This water is obviously going to create turmoil in the system. Combined with other bad habits of drinking water, it creates havoc for human health. Bottled water is more like poison to health.
Is there a way to fix this?
Yes, an approach to store the water from the tap into round-base utensils or earthenware pots can solve this problem altogether. Store the water in the mentioned vessels and use this water for the entire day, repeat the process every day. You can feel the difference in your body chemistry within a month.
