What do you mean by Chemically Induced Food?
The food that is processed with the addition of external artificial content/agent/material or the chemistry of food is altered altogether for mere marketing reasons (0% fat, low carb, etc.) for a particular food product. Something along the line “with added vitamins and minerals” also qualifies for the chemically induced food.
It may not sound like a harmful thing, after all, “everything is a chemical technically“. Unfortunately, it is quite harmful. The moment you play with the content (fat, protein, etc.) (inducing colors, preservatives, etc.) of any food, you make it quite a hazardous thing for the body.
Why is it harmful?
The reason is simple, our body is habitual to natural foods for thousands of years. It can’t function at its optimum level with artificial/un-natural food. The food becomes un-natural for the body the moment you process it. The body can’t digest it properly. You may package the food but you can’t just process and package the food.
Fruits, Vegetables, Milk, Medicine (of course) or any other packaged food is heavily packed with chemicals. 90% of the time these chemicals do more harm than good to the body.
Majority of the people (Especially the City People) intake harmful chemicals through food, air, and water more than their liver can process on a daily basis.
Organic and fresh food is almost like a luxury now. You go out to any store or any restaurant (Except a microscopic few). You will get dead food. Food that was Packed a month ago, 2 months or years ago.
Doctors say we should get at least 30% of our food in raw form. Not cooked/not packaged but pure natural raw food. It could be fruits, vegetables or dry-fruits. Even this raw food is poisoned with fertilizers for selfish commercial profit.
A little Experiment
Pick anything thing you want to eat and 90% chances it’s full of artificial and harmful chemicals.
Cereals?→ A box of processed preservatives with years old pre-cooked stuff.
Milk?→ If only you knew a thing or two about its adulteration.
An Apple?→ You should go see the content of fertilizers they use in apple orchards/farms.
Bread→ Again, You should go see the content of fertilizers they use to farm crops.
Sugar→ Not so sweet once you know its truth.
Syrups→ Even worse than sugar.
Fast Food→ Need to say anything?
Eggs?→ Should watch this.
Packaged Fruit Juices?→ The fruit itself is packed with the chemicals of fertilizers, what to say of Packaged Fruit Juices.
Ready Meals?→ Why would a sane person cook something that was cooked 2 months ago?
and so on…
It can be an endless list.
Fun Fact: The human digestive system activates itself properly only after chewing the food for 20 minutes. This is the reason why some animals chew blank/without food.
What would happen if this keeps going?
Mainly, Two things would happen. One, almost 50% of people in the world will need surgeries. The medical sector or rather the pharmaceutical sector will boom.
Two, the Suicide rate will go up. Why?
Our body is, after all, a mix of chemicals. What if these chemicals get out of balance? In simpler terms, look at the body as a chemical soup.
The ingredients must be put in proportion to get good taste and health benefits. Any imbalance would create a lousy soup whether too bitter, too salty or far too sweet. These imbalanced/lousy soups/people will end up in despair. You get the idea. Right?
What can you do?
The solution is simple. Opt for raw organic and natural food ingredients.
Or
You get caught up in this ruthless cycle.
Restaurants/Eat Junk→Hospitals→Restaurants/Eat Junk→Hospitals→Restaurants/Eat Junk→Hospitals→Death
Conclusion
The three basic requirements of a healthy body- Nutritious Natural Food, Clean Natural Water and Fresh Air. Most of Food we eat is neither natural nor nutritious. The market of Plastic Bottled Water (not worth drinking) made sure everyone has a bottle of water in their hands 24×7. We all are improving the quality of air with our newly bought car. Right?
It is not just the chemically induced food rather all other factors including lifestyle lead straight to the diseases and ailments.
The Question of the hour is – Where are we heading to?
